Update on the Launch of the “Public Speaking & Debate” Course

The launch of the “Public Speaking & Debate” programme is being rescheduled pending the full completion of the state registration process.

Reason for the Adjustment

All methodological, organisational, and infrastructural components of the programme — including the WORLD DEBATE CUP ARMENIA infrastructure — are fully completed.
The state registration package is also finalised and in the submission stage; however, the multi-stage approval process cannot be completed within the previously planned timeline.

Since state approval defines the legal validity and international recognisability of the certificates issued upon completion, the programme will commence only after this process is fully completed.

Why Full Approval Matters

State registration is not a procedural formality. It ensures:
• legal compliance of the programme,
• methodological accuracy,
• and international strength of the issued certificates.

Launching prior to the completion of this process would mean issuing certificates that do not yet hold their full legal and international value.
ISD LLC will not initiate the programme in any transitional or partially approved stage.

Current Status of Documentation

All required components have been finalised:
• the full methodological framework,
• assessment criteria and procedures,
• certification foundations,
• and the complete documentation package for the WORLD DEBATE CUP ARMENIA programme.

The package will be submitted in accordance with the established procedure, after which the multi-stage state approval process will begin.

Appreciation to the Families

The confidence shown by families during this stage is especially meaningful.
• participants already enrolled, as well as
• families joining during the approval period
will receive a special benefit reserved exclusively for this phase.

This benefit will not be available after the approval is completed, as it is intended specifically for those who choose to place their trust in us during this critical stage.

the programme will launch only on a fully approved, legally complete, and internationally aligned foundation.
